The Helpline is a public/private partnership between Delaware Department of Health & Social Services, the Delaware Department of Administrative Services and First Call For Help, a United Way Agency. It is a toll-free telephone service, providing citizens with information on state and community services within the State of Delaware. In addition, you can search the Helpline's online directory of services.
